WHO AM I?

Hello. I am Andrew Crawley. A freelance designer. A maker of stuff. A guitarist. A dreamer, a creater, a father, but above all...a human.

Welcome to my portfolio site. I have been making things look pretty, to help clients sell more stuff, on a mac since the mid-90s, which makes me old enough to remember bromides and Letraset, but not old enough to have ever used them. I pride myself in being a commercially minded, insightful designer. I lead and Inspire teams and always have a reason for everything I do. I consider consequences and the end user in everything I design. I also like watching cagefighting, don't judge me.

I designed beautiful things at Home Agency for 7 years as Head of design. I joined when there was 20 people now there are 120 (90% of which have thick rimmed 'ad man' glasses) Before that I worked at various smaller agencies, most of which you'll have never heard of, producing amazing work with little to no info.

On a personal note I play some mean Blues Guitar and I have seen Breaking Bad. I like wine gums and not dancing in the rain. I'm married and have an amazing daughter and son who are by far the best project I've ever been involved in.

Clients I've worked with include Jet2.com, Mira Showers, Heinz, Weetabix, Bupa, B&Q, Planet Hollywood, Goodfellas Pizza, HP, PartyPoker, Asda, Co-op, Stoves, Belling and numerous others.
